A Compulsory Tender Clarification Meeting will be conducted at Employee Care Centre on the 04 July 2025 at 10:00am [10 O’clock] for a period of ± 1 (one) hour. [Tenderers to provide own transportation and accommodation]. The Compulsory Tender Clarification Meeting will start punctually and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Tenderers arriving late. A Site visit/walk will take place, tenderers are to note: • Tenderers are required to wear safety shoes and high visibility vests. • Tenderers without the recommended PPE will not be allowed on the site walk. • All forms of firearms are prohibited on Transnet properties and premises. • The relevant persons attending the meeting must ensure that their identity documents, passports or drivers licenses are on them for inspection at the access control gates. The Certificate of Attendance in the form set out in the Returnable Schedule T2.2-02 hereto must be completed and submitted with your Tender as proof of attendance is required for a compulsory site meeting and/or tender briefing. Tenderers are required to bring this Returnable Schedule T2.2-02 to the Compulsory Tender Clarification Meeting to be signed by the Employer’s Representative. Tenderers failing to attend the compulsory tender briefing will be disqualified.
