Briefing Details

The RFP was published on Transnet tender website and on temporary NT eTender portal on, 10 October 2025. A non-compulsory pre-proposal RFP briefing will be conducted on MS Teams on the 18th of November 2025, at 11H00 AM for a period of ± 2 hours link for Microsoft Teams (Join the meeting now). The briefing session will start punctually and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late. Respondents with specific queries relating to the RFP should submit an RFP Clarification Request Form (pg. 43 of 53 of the RFP) to Emmanuel.moriri@transnet.net before 16:00 pm on 8th December 2025. The RFP is set to close on Friday 14:00pm – 11 December 2025.
