Briefing Details

A Compulsory Tender Clarification Meeting will be conducted at Transnet Port Terminal, Umhlathuze Building (Harbour) on the 17 June 2026 at 10:00am [10 O’clock] for a period of ± two (2) hours. [Tenderers to provide own transportation and accommodation]. The Compulsory Tender Clarification Meeting will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Tenderers arriving late. Bidders that are interested in attending the compulsory briefing must be early with an allowance of two (2) hours for the permit office queue /line, permit office will require a copy of the Identity Document (ID) to arrange Permits to gain entry to the Port of Richards Bay.
