Briefing Details

A non-compulsory RFQ briefing will be conducted on Microsoft Teams on 11 September 2026, at 11:00am for a period of ± 1 hour. The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late. Despite the briefing session being non-compulsory, Transnet encourages all Respondents to attend. Transnet will not be held responsible if any Respondent who did not attend the non-compulsory session subsequently feels disadvantaged as a result thereof. Respondents are encouraged to bring a copy of the RFP to the site meeting and/or RFP briefing. Bidders are required to confirm their attendance and to send their contact details including the number of representatives (where applicable) to the following address: khathutshelo.tshamano@transnet.net This is to ensure that Transnet may make the necessary arrangements for the briefing session. Site Inspection (Optional) Please note that the site inspection is voluntary. After the briefing session, interested bidders may arrange a site visit at their own discretion.
