Briefing Details

RFQ briefing will be conducted on Microsoft Teams on 13 October 2026, at 11:00am for a period of ± 1 hour. The briefing session will start punctually, and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Respondents arriving late. Despite the briefing session being non-compulsory, Transnet encourages all Respondents to attend. Transnet will not be held responsible if any Respondent who did not attend the non-compulsory session subsequently feels disadvantaged as a result thereof. Respondents are encouraged to bring a copy of the RFP/Q to the briefing meeting. Bidders are required to confirm their attendance and to send their contact details including the number of representatives (where applicable) to the following address: khathutshelo.tshamano@transnet.net This is to ensure that Transnet may make the necessary arrangements for the briefing session.
