The Non-Compulsory Briefing Meeting will start punctually and information will not be repeated for the benefit of Tenderers joining late. Despite the briefing session being non-compulsory, Transnet nevertheless encourages all Respondents to attend. Transnet will not be held responsible if any Respondent who did not attend the non-compulsory session subsequently feels disadvantaged as a result thereof. Respondents are encouraged to have a copy of the RFP during the briefing.
